Rain Wins the Lawsuit Made Against Him by Concert Planner for $265,000

An Australian agency that managed singer Rain’s concert in Australia in 2007 sued Rain, Well Made Star Co. and JYP Entertainment last March of 2012 because of the lack of cooperation during the concert; and claimed that the damage cost them approximately 2.5 million dollars.

Then Rain made a counterclaim of $265,000 last July 2012, which was part of the guarantee that Rain was promised but was not paid.

Just recently, the judge ruled, “There is no clear evidence that Rain did not cooperate during the Australian concert. Therefore, the Australian agency must pay the full amount owed to Rain.”
