On August 4th, ROCKET PUNCH released the MV for their title track, ‘Juicy’. This is off their 3rd mini album in the group’s ‘Punch’ series, followed since debut, ‘Blue Punch’. Check the MV out down below!
ROCKET PUNCH ‘JUICY’ MV:
The song’s lyrics liken the summer heat with two people falling in love and waiting for a confession from the other. The song has bright feel with snappy drums, a vocally led chorus and catchy hook with the repeated singing of the title of the track. It was composed and produced by popular producing duo ‘Iggy and Youngbae’ who also wrote the group’s debut title, ‘Bim Bam Bum’.
Moving on to the MV, the girls are first all suffering under the demise of the summer heat. They are all underwater as seen with the coral and bubbles that surround them. Throughout the video, we see the girls individually featuring cute bright expressions, matching with the song’s refreshing concept. The group also perform their energetic, bouncy choreography within the whole MV. The MV ends with the ending pose of all the members making finger hearts towards the camera.
