It has been reported that MC Mong has received love calls from such agencies as Well Made Yedang, Leessang Company, Woollim Entertainment, and BNT Entertainment.
After hearing the announcment that MC Mong was contacted by a few agencies to discuss his future comeback, fans have been expressing their concerns about his alleged return to the music industry.
All of this because of his involvement in a legal battle regarding his military exemption, with many people speculating that he had 12 of his healthy teeth pulled by 5 dentists, on purpose, just to avoid mandatory military service.
Even though he was found not guilty in 2012, his friends expressed their concerns about his condition.
Another reason that may be stopping him from making a comeback is the fact that he still has some unresolved matters with his previous agency IS Entertainment, though the agency has become almost inactive.
So why exactly would some agencies still try to recruit MC Mong? The answer is simple – because of his incredible popularity among citizens. And even though there are some people that feel uneasy about him making a comeback, MC Mong created hip hop songs with traditional Korean melodies that ruled the music charts around the country.
However, a source close to the artist denied all the rumors, saying that MC Mong still has not decided if he will ever come back to the industry.
