SE7EN is back again with another song and video!
‘Give it to Me’ is a mixed jazz and funk style song. After a three year hiatus, the music veteran came back to the music scene this year with the release of ‘I’m Good.’ For those who are not familiar with SE7EN, he debuted as a solo artist under YG Entertainment in 2003, releasing hits like ‘La La La’ and ‘Better Together’.
In the video, SE7EN attempts to pick up a girl at a club. This typical storyline is cut in between dance clips (with a bit of twerking), paired with bold neon lighting. The trumpet line during the chorus is the most catchy part that’s easy to hum along with. Be sure to look for the James Bond inspired shots of the silhouette key holes and gun barrel sequence, which adds a nice touch to the mature feel of the video.
