As he continues to make preparations for his comeback this October, legendary musician and singer Seo Taiji may also make appearances on some variety shows later this year!
Though everything is still up in the air at this time, a representative from Seo Taiji’s company has issued the following statement: “There have many places that have requested him and we are in talks with them. Though nothing has been decided yet, he is looking at all of the possibilities and positively weighing his options.” There are a lot of theories going around, and as it is well-known that the artist has a strong relationship with MBC, many are speculating toward shows like “Infinity Challenge” and “Healing Camp.”
The one thing that seems to be a general consensus is that making such an appearance would be to Seo Taiji’s advantage. He isn’t known to participate in such shows, so the interest gained would be monumental. He has kept himself hidden for quite some time, and there is a lot he can discuss, such as his new baby that’s expected to arrive this August. One thing’s for certain, the artist is a hot commodity, and he will definitely have plenty of opportunities to choose from should he decide to do so.
Meanwhile, the new album is set for release in the fall and it will be his ninth. The songs will be mostly rock, but also have other influences that he feels the fans want to hear. He’s been hard at work, and the finished project will no doubt showcase his efforts.
