The time has finally arrived! One of the hottest rookie boy groups of this year, Seventeen, has made their comeback with ‘Mansae’!
The boys of Seventeen had been driving fans crazy for a while now as they released multiple teaser photos and a music video teaser. This all built up to the final moment everyone had been waiting for, the release of their new music video and album on September 10th!
Their first official comeback with their new mini-album, ‘Boys Be’, has two versions. One is titled ‘Hide’ while the other is titled ‘Seek’. Each album contains five songs, all written, composed, and produced with the help of Seventeen. The songs are ‘Fronting’, ‘Mansae’, ‘When I Grow Up’, ‘OMG’, and ‘Rock’.
The title track, ‘Mansae’, is an upbeat and catchy song. The music video goes along well with the title track as it’s also bright and fun. The thirteen boys are absolutely dazzling as they rock the schoolboy concept with stylish uniforms, beautiful smiles, and colorful hair. Throughout the music video you can see the members get shy, playful, flirty, and, shockingly, slapped!
I must also mention the choreography we are able to see in the music video, because it is a very interesting dance. From the beginning to the very end, the choreography has many elements. Of course fans of Seventeen would also recognize the point dance from their debut track ‘Adore U’!
Seventeen is certainly gaining in popularity and with tracks like this, I can understand why. Keep an eye out for this rising rookie group and stay tuned with Officially KMusic for more things K-Pop!
Be sure to check out Seventeen’s new music video here and get ready to shout ‘Mansae’!
