SHINee is innovative and interactive with ‘The Story of Light’ comeback

SHINee have launched a cool and interactive feature in preparation for their 6th full album comeback with ‘The Story of Light’.

The ‘Color Chip‘ allows fans to create playlists that match up with colors.

The group has created a special website for their comeback – which you can check-out here. The site represents how SHINee has received love for their unique musical color and originality when taking on challenges. Fans are able to choose colors and attribute a SHINee track to each color as they see fit to make their own ‘playlist’ or ‘SHINee Color Chip’.

Below is a short clip that explains how you do it.

There will be more things shared on the website in the following days including ‘SHINee’s Pick‘. Each member will reveal their ‘playlist’, consisting of six songs and which colors they think best matches each track. The website will soon also feature ‘Today’s Pick’, which will be a daily recommendation of one of SHINee’s songs.

Earlier the group had shared a new teaser image for their comeback and revealed the titles of the three title tracks from each of the episodes.

While we already knew that the first episode would include the title track ‘Good Evening‘, it has now been revealed that the second episode will feature the song ‘I Want You‘ and the third title track will be ‘Our Page‘.

According to SM Entertainment, SHINee will be performing the first title track ‘Good Evening‘ for the first time during their 10th anniversary fan meeting, ‘SHINee Day‘, which will be taking place on May 27.

SHINee will be releasing ‘The Story of Light EP 1′ on May 28. ‘The Story of Light EP 2′ will follow on June 11, then ‘The Story of Light EP 3‘ will be coming on June 25. Each EP will contain a total of five tracks and each will have their own individual title track.
