With only few weeks left till its premiere, SM Entertainment has released an official trailer for its first musical “Singin’ in the Rain.”
The musical is based on the classic movie of the same title, that was released in 1952. Girls’ Generation‘s Sunny will portray the role of Kathy, a hopefull theater actress. Super Junior‘s Kyuhyun, TRAX‘s Jay and EXO‘s Baekhyun were all cast for the same role of Don Lockwood, which in the original was played by Gene Kelly, and will take turns on different showings of the musical to enact the role.
“Singin’ in the Rain” will be presented between June 5th through August 3rd at Chungmu Art Hall’s Grand Theatre.
