Son Dam Bi’s father was suffering from an illness prior to her debut

During a recent recording of SBS‘ ‘Strong Heart‘ (which was aired on the 27th at 11:15PM KST), Son Dam Bi opened up about the hard times she and her family experienced prior to her debut.

“7 years ago during my trainee period, my father suddenly collapsed due to a brain hemorrhage. It took him a long time to regain consciousness and even after he woke up, he was unable to use half of his body”, the singer revealed.

She then went on to share how her father miraculously got better after she became a singer.
