On September 14th, boy group STRAY KIDS released the MV for their title track, ‘Back Door’. It comes off their 1st repackaged album, ‘In生’ (In Life). Check out the MV down below!
STRAY KIDS ‘BACK DOOR’ MV:
The lyrics show the boys want to party it up with someone by going through the back door. The track is intense with hard raps and an instrumental drop in the chorus. The pre-chorus also aptly features the sound of knocking and squeaking of a door opening.
Moving on to the MV, we see member Lee Know enter an art exhibition. Snooping around, he pulls up a lever as the screen turns black. The MV moves through the group in various sets such as an empty car park, the back entrance of a building, the inside which seems to be a closed shopping centre and a white spaced set. The group perform their choreography throughout these places being incredibly synchronised in their movements and showcase the charisma they perform with. The routine is energetic and intense, bringing the whole MV to life. By the final refrain, the MV fills with a crowd in the background jamming along in the shopping centre as the octet dances, with a huge flag cascading down from the top level, of the album’s name.
‘In生’ (In Life) is the group’s 1st repackaged album, and contains 17 tracks. The album contains the some of the tracks as their 1st full album, ‘Go生’ (Go Live)’ which was released earlier in July this year, but now with 8 other tracks including a few tracks sung by units of members. These include ‘The Tortoise and the Hare’, ‘Back Door’, ‘B Me’, ‘Any’, ‘Ex’, ‘We Go’, ‘Wow’ and ‘My Universe’.
STRAY KIDS‘ 1st repackaged album, ‘In生’ (In Life), is available now.
