Sulli has been finally confirmed for the film ‘Real’!
Sulli who decided on focusing on her acting career has been finally added to the cast for Kim Soo Hyun’s comeback film ‘Real’.
On December 29th, CJ Entertainment stated, “Sulli, who has established herself as a next generation heroine through films ‘The Pirates‘ and ‘Fashion King‘, will show a new side to her charms through the role of ′Song Yu Hwa,′ a physical therapist at the VVIP rehabilitation hospital Jang Tae Young frequents.”
‘Real’ is an action noir film that will follow the story of Jang Tae Young, a role to be played by Kim Soo Hyun, who is an ambitious, ruthless troubleshooter who has great eye for success and has the ultimate goal to build a large-scale casino empire. Everyone will see a different Kim Soo Hyun in the film compared to his previous projects since he will be doing a role that will showcase his rough and powerful acting in the upcoming film.
Other actors that will join the film’s amazing line up will include Song Dong Il, who acted in ‘The Accidental Detective’ and ‘Reply 1988’ and was praised for his work, will play the role of Jo Won Geun, a gang leader who is at odds with Jang Tae Young over the casino.
Another actor that will join them is Lee Geung Young who will play the role of a reporter and former detective, No Yeom.
Lee Sung Min will play the role of Choi Jin Ki, a doctor at the VVIP rehabilitation hospital that Jang Tae Young frequents.
Jo Woo Jin will have the role of Sa Do Jin, a business planner and lawyer.
Rookie actress Han Ji Eun, who was previously selected through auditions they held, will play the character of rising actress Han Ye Won.
The film will start shooting in January 2016, and is highly anticipated to garner lots of attention in its upcoming release.
