Kim Jaejoong has released several interesting new teaser photos!
JYJ member, Kim Jaejoong, will be making a comeback with his first, full-length solo album on October 29th, and has now revealed even more photos on the group’s official Facebook page.
In one of the photos, the tattoo ‘XII IIXXVI’ on Jaejoong’s foot is gathering a lot of attention. Putting the (II) aside, many fans are interpreting the tattoo as ‘XII XXVI’ -which from Roman numerals to Arabic numbers, translates as 12/26.
But why is this significant? The December 26th was the debut date of TVXQ as 5 members (Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu, Jung Yunho and Shim Changmin) back in 2003. Fans even relate the remaining ‘II’ to the duo that is now TVXQ; Changmin and Yunho.
Not only that, but in another photo, Jaejoong bares his back (showing his seemingly new neck tattoo) as well as older tattoos including ‘TVfXQ SOUL‘ -which many fans are not taking as a mere coincidence.
Jaejoong’s solo debut in the music industry early this year also gathered a lot of attention in the same area. With his with his first mini album and music video for title track ‘MINE‘, fans and onlookers could not help but relate the lyrics and symbolism against his previous company SM Entertainment.
Away from the teaser photos, it was revealed that Jaejoong will be pre-releasing a ballad song feat. Lee Sang Gon on October 15th. The ballad is composed by Baek Moo Hyun, who also wrote Junsu‘s ‘Love is like a Snowflake’. The lyrics depict the longing for a love already lost with the help of an acoustic guitar and string accompaniment.
The album as a whole will be filled with a variety of rock genres. All songs have been recorded and the album is currently receiving its finishing touches, with many fans already on edge waiting for the track, or even a teaser video.
In the meantime, check out the teaser photos below and let us know what you think!
