On August 18th, Core Contents Media announced that T-ara‘s Hyomin‘s first Japanese movie “Jinx,” received an official invitation from Tokyo International Film Festival which will be held from October 17th to 25th.
The movie, directed by Naoto Kumazawa, is about the stories of college students and their various feelings. In the movie, Hyomin will play the role of Korean student named Ji Ho, who will act as the cupid to the main leads, Kurumi Shimizu and Kento Yamazaki.
“I feel very honored and excited that ‘Jinx’ was invited to Tokyo International Film Festival. I will always keep doing my best,” said Hyomin.
The movie will open in Japanese theaters this November 16th.
