Winner gives us insight on how the music video of ‘I’m Young‘ from the album ‘EXIT:E’’ is made. ‘I’m Young’ is the solo number created by member, Nam Tae Hyun.
The music video was uploaded on the January 29 in Montreal, Canada and you can check it out below.
In the video, Taehyun explains that ‘I’m Young’ is a continuation of one of WINNER’s title tracks ‘Baby Baby‘. That song ends with the guy leaving his girlfriend by packing a suitcase and walking out. In ‘I’m Young” he ends up back at his ex-girlfriend’s apartment, which he just previously left.
She lets him in and he sits down and talks to her, at first after hearing him out she walks away but he goes after her and they make up. During the behind-the-scenes, Taehyun tries to compliment the female actress that she looks natural but she does not quite understand his English so one of the members of the filming staff had to translate it for her in clear English.
The video gives a rather sad feeling at first seeing his pained expressions and all the arguments.
When he ends up at his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and looks so sad, it was really heartbreaking but also a very mature thing to face his ex-girlfriend and explain things. They worked really well together, it looked truly natural and there was no trace of awkwardness.
