The boys of BTOB are back with their highly anticipated new music video for “You’re So Fly.”After what seems like forever for their fans, teaser photos , dance practice videos, and the mystery artist, BTOB have finally returned in a big way. The teasers did not convey just how great this song and music video were going to be.
To be honest I did not care for their last music video “Beep Beep” but this was total redemption in my mind. This song and video are everything that myself and my fellow writers wanted to see from the group. It is good to see that they are spreading the lines to all members of the group since that highlights the individual talent that each member has.
In the music video, there are two girls: the pretty girl and the not so pretty one. There is a magic drink and well, shenanigans and hi-jinks ensue . I really do not want to ruin it for you so that is all I am going to say . But I had to stop the video three time due to the fact I was laughing so hard I could not pay attention. If I had to pick one thing that I did not like about the video it would be IlHoon ‘s hat. I am not sure what it up with this hat thing in music videos (EXO‘s “Overdose” in case you had forgotten) but poor IlHoon is the latest victim. However, as that is really the only complaint about the video, I think it is something that can be over-looked.
The song is just outstanding, the guys are sounding better and better. I have nothing bad to say about this song, I am only mad we had to wait this long to hear it. Sound-wise, it sounds completely like BTOB to me, so there is no mistaking who this song is by and I love that. It is a reminder of why I like the groups so much to begin with. I think this is probably one of my favorite songs by BTOB and possibly their best one yet.
