Trot Singer Tae Jin Ah and M.I.B’s Kangnam to Collaborate for New Song

Renowned trot singer Tae Jin Ah and M.I.B’s Kangnam will be collaborating with each other.

Kangnam has recently been gaining popularity from his numerous variety show appearances, and for being an MC along with the “Lucky Boys” for SBS Gayo Daejun in 2014. He also released his second solo single “What Should I Do” last year, which earned the #1 spot on multiple charts in Korea and others.

Tae Jin An and the music genre trot has also been gaining interest and popularity because of the drama “Trot Lovers”.

The two performed together for the first time, at MBC’s 2014 Gayo Daejejeon where they sang, “Love is Not a Joke” and other popular songs from Tae Jin An’s discography.

On January 13, 2015 the two performed together again at the 55 Korean Night and Day Celebration, held by the Korean American Association of Greater New York in New York City.

Since these two artists are from different generations, it will be interesting to see what type song they will make. One can be sure it will be a song that compliments both singers and will be tune that can be enjoyed across all generations.
