Over 40 thousand fans already discovered Troy‘s latest music video release for their hit song, “Green Light.”
“Brandnewmusic,” the record label, has been the gateway for the K-Pop scene by bringing in trendy hip-hop inspired music. In 2014, they are breaking boundaries with success, this time revealing a group that has been working hard up until their debut moment – the 4 member R&B hip-hop group Troy.
Troy’s first debut single “Green Light” has a Brazilian jazz undertone that was once popular in the 60′s. It has a retro feel that blends in very well with modern trends. “Green Light” is a punk hip-hop song, fusing together these two different elements, creating a very catchy, rhythmical melodic line.
Fans were very pleased with both the sound and visuals of the MV, “This is so BrandNewMusic! I love the song so much, and wish TROY all the best!!! TROY fighting! Give me the GREEN LIGHT“, “I’m sold because these guys are so refreshing as artist not the typical kpop boy band!“, “Great debut and a really nice song. Gonna stick around to see what’s next.”
