A video has recently surfaced among netizens which claims that a Spanish song called ‘Si Tú No Estás‘ is an “Original” by an artist who calls himself Jenzy —when fans have discovered an exact similarity to the instrumentals of U-Kiss‘ hit song ‘0330‘.
The fact that the song has been plagiarized by the artist without giving any credit towards U-Kiss, NH Media, or the composer of 0330, Kim Tae Hyun himself, is what’s causing the commotion. The video doesn’t even mention the song as a ‘cover’.
KissMes have spotted the video which was posted about 3 months ago on YouTube and have asked the artist to remove the video due to the “obvious copyright infringement”, as well as down voting the video.
The plagiarism allegation has already reached NH Media who recently updated their Twitter account surrounding the issue. In the message, they thank U-Kiss fans for the tip regarding the video. They are currently looking into the matter.
