Four months after the death of Ulala Session‘s leader, Im Yoon Taek, the group’s members revealed how much they miss their friend.
Ulala Session has just made a comeback with an album titled ‘Memory‘ that is said to be a tribue for the late Im Yoon Taek. For this occassion, a special press conference was held on June 27th, during which Kim Myeong Hun said, “After we finished working on the album, I wanted to hear that ′you′ve worked hard′, and that made me think of [Im] Yoon Tae hyung a lot. He always used to say ′I love you′, ′Let′s do this′ and ′You′ve worked hard′ a lot, so in those moments I was reminded of him.”
Park Seung Il shared, “I kept thinking of Yoon Taek hyung when we were choosing the songs to be included in our album. We weren′t always happy about our work, but for some songs we had to control our emotions or for some sing them proudly. We just worked the way we always did with light hearts.”
Park Kwang Su said, “Yoon Taek hyung was always the one who thought of the big picture, so I missed him in moments like that. The other hyungs took up some of his roles, but it wasn′t easy. Yoon Taek hyung will forever be our leader.”
Ulala Session’s new album consists of the intro ‘Dear’ and promotional single ‘I′l’l Be There,’ ‘TAQ…Remember,’ ‘Fertilize,’ ‘Memory‘ and two other songs.
