It was revealed by Jellyfish Entertainment that VIXX‘s Hyuk got injured during a fan meeting in Japan. Check out the message out below!
The message says the following:
“Hello, this is Jellyfish Entertainment. As fans must have been quite concerned, we will be posting a brief announcement about the current situation in regards to Hyuk‘s injury, which occurred during VIXX‘s Japanese fan meeting. Hyuk got an injury during the concert due to stage’s equipment and was taken to the local hospital. He has received treatment and an examination. He is currently resting up.
As more time is needed for a more detailed examination, we will share more information tomorrow about his condition. To aid in fans’ understanding, we have also attached a notice.
We apologise for causing many fans to worry and concern. We will do our best so that you will stay informed about this information.”
The medical report had been revealed. He had an eye examination to check his swollen eye. The swelling had died down with nothing indicating that there was something wrong. He also had a CT examination and no problems were found. For his minor injuries to the jaw, there was some treatment given. For his speedy recovery, Hyuk will be sitting out of upcoming activities in Japan.

Meanwhile, Hyuk took to Instagram to reassure his fans on his injuries. The following message was written:
“Hello. Have you been worrying? Yesterday I received treatments and today I am resting. I am really sorry for not being able to participate in the future schedules planned. You all told me not to apologise however, my heart will be filled with regret. Once I have fully recovered, I will provide you with a better self while on stage as a repayment, so please wait for me. I hope that you and I will always stay healthy and not get sick and that only good things will continue to happen for you all! Fighting!”
We hope Hyuk gets well soon and we wish him a fast recovery.
