“This is a special day, when K-Pop, J-Pop, C-Pop and music from other Asian countries came together under the name of ′World Pop.′ I′m happy I won this award. I want to thank my fans for their support and also my colleagues,” Wang Lee Hom stated to the press after winning the Best Asian Singer Award at the 2012 Mnet Asian Music Awards (2012 MAMA).
He soon stated, “I want to perform in a great performance with Psy.” And continued with, “Psy is a junior at my school. It′s a global trend to collaborate with different music genres. I want to really push for a collaboration.”
