Yes, that is right! Weekly Idol will begin their second season very shortly!
To get fans excited, they have announced the first episode with an amazing idol lineup! They have begun filming on April 2nd with the new hosts Kim Shin Young, Yoo Seyoon and Lee Sangmin.
This first episode is in celebration of the new hosts. There will be various of idols to be there including members of BTOB, Apink, GFRIEND, Seventeen and MAMAMOO. Not every member of these groups will be present at this celebratory event. Rather, it was revealed that “only members that are acquainted with the hosts or have played a special hosting role in Weekly Idol.” So, it will be interesting to see how this episode will turn out.
