YG’s Akdong Musician Gives Back!

Talented duo of Akdong Musician will be sharing their talents for a good cause.

On October 20, a representative of YG Entertainment announced that the winners of SBS’ “K-Pop Star Season 2” sibling duo, Akdong Musician (Lee Chna Hyuk, Lee Soo Hyun), will be donating their talent for Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Seungil Hope Foundation is co-represented by former basketball player Park Seung Il and Jinusean’s Sean. The group will perform at the “Hope for Lou Gehrig’s Disease Concert with Park Seung Il and Sean” which will be held on October 21 at the Konkuk University New Millennium Memorial Hall.

The concert is being held for the third time to spread awareness for Lou Gehrig’s disease and to raise funds to build a convalescent hospital for patients suffering from the disease.

Akdong Musician is scheduled to perform a number of songs including “Ramyun” and “I Love You.”

The profit from ticket sales will be donated to the fund for building a convalescent hospital for Lou Gehirig’s disease.
