YouTube released its “K-Pop Music Video Chart Top 20” for the third week of June and there might be some surprises for all of you.
YG Entertainment‘s artists have dominated the chart, with PSY‘s “Gangnam Style,” “Gentleman,” and “Oppa is My Style,” holding #1, #4 and #6 respectively. 2NE1 took the #8 spot with “Gotta Be You,” #11 with “Come Back Home,” and #18 with “I Am The Best.” BIGBANG Taeyang‘s most recent release, “Eyes, Nose, Lips,” also made it to the list and ranked #7. The group’s song “Fantastic Baby” kept a strong position at #9. AKMU is also doing very well with “200%” at #15, and “Give Love” at #17.
However, YG Entertainment can surely feel the breath of SM Entertainment on its sholders, as EXO-K‘s “Overdose” is on the #5 spot, and “Growl” is still being watched enough to be at #12. Girls’ Generation‘s “MR.MR” ranked in at #1o this week, “I Got a Boy” is at #13, while “Gee” is closing the list holding the last place #20. f(x) were also recognized with “Electric Shock” ranking #19.
Beast‘s new release “Good Luck” is doing extremely well and is right behind PSY’s “Gangnam Style” in the #2 place.
The #3 spot was taken by AOA who has recently came back with “Short Hair.” Their “Miniskirt” also made it to the list and ranked #14.
