Korean R&B artists, Zion.T and Crush, recently teamed up with Mandarin R&B artist, Khalil Fong, in a stunning collab for Fong’s recent song, ‘味道 (Flavor)’.
‘味道 (Flavor)’ was composed by Fong and the lyrics were written by all three artists. The song is perfect for when you just want to sit down to study or relax in a cafe. The trio does wonders as their voices blend effortlessly with each other. Fong begins the song the in Mandarin and Zion.T and Crush sing the the last half in Korean.
In the video, two men duke it out in the most civil way in a cozy cafe with a game of breakfast and poker. A lovely waitress keeps serving them food and you can’t help but wonder what her role in the game is. Also in the cafe a retro 80’s aerobics show is playing on TV! We’re not sure what this means, so you can interpret it as you wish. Although none of the trio makes an appearance in the music video, the art direction and shots make up for it the absence of the artists.
