2NE1 have once again tried something new as they transformed into African girls for a photoshoot for Vogue Korea‘s May issue.
The girls are posed sporting painted faces, wearing colorful clothes sent by designer Jeremy Scott, and holding trees, leather, and fruits.
In the interview that accompanies the pictorial, CL shared, “It is a fate that unique and funny people that were living their individual lives have gathered in the name of 2NE1.”
The group also commented on their journey as a group, saying, “Since we have been seeing each other everyday for almost ten years, rather than doing something special together, it feels like we are living life together.”
When asked about their unique style, Dara commented, “We still don’t have anything we consider taboo when it comes to style. We always want to try something new.”
The May issue of Vogue Korea will hit the stands on May 19th. Meanwhile, 2NE1 continue their second world tour “AON – All or Nothing” and member Park Bom continues shooting SBS‘ reality show “Roommate.”
