If you were an idol which agency would you choose?

Community portal site DC Inside had a survey from the 10th to 17th of September with this question: “If you were an idol, which agency would you choose?” It was revealed that the netizens would choose SM Entertainment as their first preference.

Out of the 1585 votes that were cast, SM Entertainment received 498 (30.9%) of the votes. SM Entertainment frist gained their popularity with the idol group H.O.T, and since then they have one of the top 3. They have also produced a range of successful idol groups like Super Junior, Girls Generation, f(x), EXO and many others.

YG Entertainment took 2nd place with 294 votes (18.5%). YG Entertainment started off as the main hip hop label with groups such as Jinusean and 1TYM and since then they have become the home to many popular artists including BIGBANG, Se7en and 2NE1.

In 3rd place is Woollim Entertainment with 195 votes. This label started off with Epik High and Nell, and in 2010 they came to be known as an idol agency with the debut of INFINITE.

Netizens also chose companys such as Starship, JYP and Cube Entertainment.
