George of British Boy Band Union J Sings 2NE1’s “Lonely”

George, a member of Union J, a boy band that came fourth in the British edition of “X Factor,” covered a short part of 2NE1‘s “Lonely” during the group’s short interview on the daytime show “Loose Women.”

The MCs said, that they heard about George’s hidden talent – singing  an Asian song – and suggested that it could be useful when they become “big in Asia.” He admitted that singing in Korean was hard as getting the pronunciation correct wasn’t an easy task. Nonetheless he persevered and did a small cover of the group’s song on live television.

It wasn’t the first time Union J have shown their love for 2NE1. A while ago, the group mentioned that they would like to do a world tour with them.
