Previously we reported a sensational story of a marvelous of a good deed, when these two helped a mature couple after a hit and run earlier this month.
It has been reported by Yonhap that Sweet Sorrow’s In Ho-jin and his manager have been recognized by Seocho police for their heroic act, and In Ho-jin will even be appointed ambassador of the Seocho police station.
A police source said, “Despite their busy schedule, they chased down the drunk hit-and-run driver and helped police with the investigation of the driver and the emergency teatment of the victims.”
Earlier this month, In Ho-jin and his manager caught a man under the released name Kim, after Kim ran over a couple in their 50’s leaving them with serious injuries while heavily under the influence. The singer and his manager were on their way back from filming MBC’s “I Am A Singer 3″ and ready to go to a recording studio for a film soundtrack when the incident happened, they then took a detour chasing the drunk driver. They were eventually able to catch up and block the car at a red light and drag him out of the vehicle, as Ho-jin called police.
We here at Officially KMusic send congratulations to Ho-jin and his manager. It’s nice to see a good deed get the recognition it deserves! Stay tuned for more updates on all your favorite Korean celebrities!
