Jung Joon Ho Apologizes for his Controversial Comment on Celebrity Recruit Abolishment

Jung Joon Ho sent out an apology for his controversial comment about removing celebrity recruits.

He shared  on his mini hompy, “Hello. This is Jung Joon Ho. I’m sorry that I was not able to clearly put my thoughts into words. I meant that the younger generation could not lose something so big just from one mistake, and that I had made mistakes when I was young, as well. After the live broadcast, I watched it again, and I’m apologizing because I realized that what I said could be taken in differently from what I meant.“

Many Koreans are still processing this new decision of abolishing celebrity recruits to encourage fair treatment in the army, and although Jung Joon Ho is entitled to his own opinion, many found the need to publish it unnecessary.
