Starship Entertainment label mates, known as the “Two You Brothers”, Yoo Kihyun of Monsta X and soloist Yoo Seung Woo have teamed up in a special clip of their rendition of ‘Bae Bae’ made famous by BIG BANG of YG Entertainment.
This isn’t the first time the two Yoo’s have gotten together. Kihyun, Seung Woo, and Jeongmin of Boyfriend collaborated for a special clip of Seung Woo’s ‘You’re Beautiful’ and all three friends came together to be a part of Seung Woo’s comeback for ‘뭐 어때 (Whatever)’.
Their version of ‘Bae Bae’ is pretty funny and great to listen to. Both are known for their smooth vocals and flower boy looks so to see them tackle the edgy senior group’s song that garnered popularity for the bright colors and interesting lyrics is a must. Kihyun and Seung Woo put their own spin on it which makes it too cute not to watch. Check it below!
Kihyun just recently debuted last year with his seven member group, Monsta X, and their popularity is soaring still! Seung Woo was a contestant on Superstar K4 and previously had been signed with UK Muzik under CJ E&M but, last year, he joined the Starship Planet family. Both artists already have three albums under their belts and numerous singles. I happen to be a huge fan of Starship so I was happy to see another collaboration. How did you feel about the video?
