Kim Bum to Star In His First Historic Drama

“Goddess of Flame Jung Yi” is an upcoming drama from MBC that will air Mondays and Tuesdays. The drama is set to air in July, and will star Kim Bum in his first historical drama.

Kim Bum will play the character of Kim Tae Do, who will do anything for Jung Yi, played by Moon Geun Young.

The actor has stated that, “It’s the first time I am doing a historical drama so I am nervous. However, I look forward to the chemistry with the other actors and staff. I will try to do my best.”

The drama will be based off the life of the first Josen period potter, Baek Pa.
