Kim Dong Wan Sends 30 Million Won to Ex Manager

Shinhwa‘s Kim Dong Wan has recently been making headlines due to his kind generosity.

It was stated that Dong Wan’s former manager, the man who discovered him, had been going through a few struggles in life. Knowing this, the idol sent 30 million won to help support the man who, essentially, started Dong Wan’s career. 30 million won is roughly $26,500 in U.S. currency — definitely not a small amount.

When confronted about this, his ex manager had this to say: “He has been my loyal friend not just because of the money. He has never changed although he is a celebrity. I am ashamed because he gave me a lot of money but if I would be successful in my next project, I promise to repay your kindness.”
