Ku Hye Sun’s Film “Daughter” to be Shown at the Busan International Film Festival

Ku Hye Sun is on her way onto becoming a  well-respected director! Her third featured film “Daughter” has been given the prestigious honor to be showcased at this year’s Busan International Film Festival.

In the film, Ku Hye Sun is a triple threat as she not only writes but directs and stars in this story of an unhealthy mother – daughter relationship.

This is Ku Hye Sun’s third feature in which she directed. The actress who is known for her role as the lead female in the cult classic “Boys Over Flowers” made her “Magic” and in 202 released her second film “Peach Tree.” As a female director Ku Hye Sun is certainly creating an impact with her latest film.
