R&B soloist Rex-D returns with a beautiful version of iKON‘s “My Type.”
He puts words into a softer version of the song and adds lot of emotions, singing in a shadowed room. It is giving a totally different feeling from the original version. As only a piano takes the lead at the background, his powerful rap is highlighted and gains attention by every word. I personally like this version and Rex-D is one of those R&B rookies that I admire.
Rex-D (Kim Chang Hwan) was a participant of “Show Me The Money 4.” He made his debut in July, 2014, under the label, Romantic Factory, with the track, “Normal Love“ featuring Sanchez of Phantom. Since then he released number of attractive singles. I would like to see an official comeback from this artist in the near future.

However, his Korean fans stand a chance to see him on stage this month. His solo concert, “Wrong,” will be held on 5th November, at Olympic Hall in Seoul. He will be performing total number of 15 tracks, including, “Sorry,” “Treasure,” “To Violet” and “Shawty Don’t Stop.”
