The lovely and talented ladies of The Seeya are back, with a new music video for “The Song Of Love.” So far, 2015 is starting off really well when it comes to music, and this new video just proves that point.

I really liked this song and music video, in my humble opinion it is pretty close to being perfect. To begin with the music video is simple, and it is that simplicity that is one of the key elements. There are no “smoke and mirror” effects here. What I mean by that is there is no flashing lights, overly sexy outfits, random guys, and random choreography. You get to focus on the vocals and the music itself, which are stellar and some of the best in K-Pop.
There is a rap section in the song, and they cut to show Youngjoo but I am pretty sure that its actually L.E (now with EXID) rapping, before it changes to just Youngjoo rapping alone. If that is in fact the case, L.E was not needed, Youngjoo is more than capable of handling the section alone. Youngjoo’s deeper voice helps to add to the emotion of the song.
Sound wise the music has a strong Spanish feel to it. Yeah I know that sounds a bit strange, but its true; the guitar is very prominent in this song. Then comes the one thing I don’t like about the song, and that is the random whistling. I am sure that track could be removed and it would not change the sound at all. But the whistling is not so bothersome that it’s distracting, it more like an annoying background sound.
