Along with all the records that BTS broke this year in regards to their music sales, the group have also conquered social media. According to Twitter, BTS was the most tweeted about account this year. With their huge fanbase of ARMYs, this may not come as a surprise to many. Furthermore, J-Hope‘s video of his #InMyFeelingsChallenge with hashtag #HopeOnTheStreet was the most liked tweet in 2018.
Congratulations to the group for these huge achievements on social media! Twitter is one of the most used social media platforms, and the fact that BTS was able to have so many impressive feats is a huge deal.

The viral #InMyFeelingsChallenge caught on this year, with many K-pop idols even participating in the fun challenge. It features the song ‘In My Feelings‘ by Drake and the person dancing on the street. In addition to J-Hope, some other idols who did the challenge include NCT‘s Ten, Johnny, Mark, Haechan, GOT7‘s Bambam and Yugyeom, Pentagon‘s Kino and Samuel.

BTS effectively use their Twitter account to keep their fans updated. They post selcas, videos of their pets (especially V‘s adorable dog Yeontan), teasers about upcoming collaborations, and more. Fans definitely give a lot of love to their SNS accounts, especially Twitter. We can’t wait to see what content they’ll give us next year.
