
K-Pop artists are well known for always staying in shape and making everyone jealous of their bodies. It’s true that they usually go into lots of different diets for it but going into a diet (and you know it if you have already tried it) doesn’t help much if you don’t exercise correctly.
The K-idols practice a lot, which helps maintaining their slim figure and some of their choreographies work so well that they should be considered real exercises. For this reason, we’ve selected 10 of those who might help you lose those few extra pounds in a fun way.
1. T-Ara N4’s “Jeon Won Diary”
This choreography has manu dance steps based on farm activities that can help you reach that slim belly, specially the “ting-ga-rin-ga-rin-ga” step. The girls from T-Ara N4 themselves said that the choreography helped them get in shape.

2. SISTAR’s “Touch My Body”
This summer song is great for the hips and thighs and the choreography is really easy to learn, not to mention that no one can stand still when this song starts playing.
3. Miss A’s “Breathe”
This choreography works so many parts of the body that it’s probably close to spending half an hour at the gym. The down side: it’s very difficult, so you’ll have to take your time and be patient if you want learn it completely.
5. Hyuna’s “Change”
A combination of dance moves that works the belly, the hips, the thighs and the buttocks.
6. KARA’s “Mr.”
If you’re looking for a song to work out your hips, this is it. KARA‘s “Mr.” became famous for it’s hip shaking choreography.
7. Crayon Pop’s “Bar Bar Bar”
This song sounds like it was made for exercising already and as a bonus, the choreography is perfect for a complete work out. We also bet that you’ll feel very motivated if you exercise while listening to it.
8. B.A.P’s “One Shot”
This song is an incredible exercise not only because of it’s push-ups, but for the entire choreography. Like Miss A‘s, though, it’s very difficult and you might even hurt yourself trying to do some of the steps, so be careful and take your time!
9. Taeyang’s “Ringa Linga”
This choreography is perfect for those who want to work out their chest and arms!
10. Hyorin’s “One Way Love”
Hyorin referred to her song as one of the best exercises for the thighs and she was definitely right! Check it out:
