FAVORITE release Latin- inspired ‘LIE’ comeback MV!

On March 11th, FAVORITE released their comeback MV for their single album, ‘Lie’. Check it out below!

FAVORITE ‘LIE’ MV;

The song’s lyrics describe the process of a lover suffering through the lies told by the beloved and the eventual distrust, falling out of the couple. Instrumentally, it has a Latin sounding vibe, similar to the group’s previous release, ‘Loca’. The hook of the chorus is also very catchy with the repetition of the lyric “lie”.

The MV itself features the prominent red outfits worn by the members, who show their sexy visuals and expressions throughout. This is elevated with the use of the dark set with the red stairs seen in the thumbnail, to focus all the attention to the girls.

This comeback marks the group’s first Korean comeback in over a year since their last release, their 3rd mini album, ‘Loca’ was released in January 2019. That release garnered international attention, wit the MV reaching 4 million views. The group also recently debuted in Japan in November 2019 wit their single, ‘Catch Me’.
