‘Running Man‘ alumni, Kang Gary is set to make a surprise appearance on the show!
One of the producers of the show, Lee Hwan Jin has stated in a phone interview that, “It’s true that Gary will be a surprise guest. Since this is a secret project and he is a surprise guest, please watch the broadcast to see what we have prepared.” He then concluded that, “I can tell you that there is a huge reversal and secret.”
Though it isn’t a complete comeback where Gary will be rejoining the show, it seems that the original member will be participating in “Members Week” which began at the beginning of 2017. So far, Song Ji-hyo’s MT and Kim Jong-kook’s blind date have taken place. This upcoming week’s episode will feature Kim Seok Jin, and Gary’s episode is set to air the episode after. Official reports have confirmed that none of the members were aware of Gary’s appearance and so be sure to check out their reunion on January 29th!
