Super Junior and Girls’ Generation who both are working on their new albums are making their fans – ELFs and SONEs worldwide excited after the much awaited announcement of SM Entertainment last June 24, regarding the comebacks and creation of new albums of two of the royalties in the K-Pop industry.
According to some media reports last June 24, Super Junior and SNSD are busy with making their upcoming albums and respective comebacks sometime in July. And both groups management agency, SM Entertainment stated in one of its interviews with Newsen, “An exact schedule has not yet been set regarding Super Junior′s and SNSD′s comebacks.”
However, SM Entertainment confirmed, “It is true they are currently preparing albums.”
Super Junior will be celebrating its 10th year anniversary as a group this year, and having this comeback album is a great treat and special gift for all its fans worldwide. Aside from this feisty treat from Super Junior, fans are happy with the return of one of its members, Kim Jong-woon known by his stage name Yesung from its 2 year Korean mandatory military service.
But it will also be the first performance without two of its members – Lee Sungmin who got married last year with Musical Actress Kim Sa-eun and Shin Dong-hee who both began their military services last May. Super Junior’s latest Korean album was 2014’s “Mamacita”.
On the other hand, K-pop girl group royalty, SNSD was believed to have its comeback after Super Junior. Amidst the uproar in different social media websites on the leaking incident of SNSD’s Japanese music video version of its latest hit song, ‘Catch Me If You Can‘ where former member, Jessica Jung was on it, SNSD will still be coming back as an 8 member group and currently is. The group’s last promotion was in February 2014 with their last album “Mr.Mr.”
Truly, 2015 is a year for majestic royalties’ comebacks and also another year for good music from different K-pop stars. It is truly a battle of the best for the line-up for summer comebacks are getting hotter and hotter!
