MR.MR‘s Tey is back with an acoustic version of his solo debut, ‘Dangerous‘ and it is everything a fan could want.
Let’s just cut to the chase here: 26 seconds, that is how long we fans have to wait until we get our first lip rub from Tey. The only we waited that long is because of the long opening of this version.
The music video is shot in black and white with a strange filter. That makes the already extremely good looking Tey appear to an inhuman sex god. The concept is otherwise simple just Tey and sitting on a bed singing and sometimes he plays with a fake flower.
Musically, this version is excellent and the fans agree. Many think this version is head and shoulders better thahn the original version. I don’t know about that but it is pretty darn close. This version does add a bit more emotion to the song over all.
If I had to name some thing that I did not like it would have to be the camera work towards the end of the music video. I am talking the shaky movements and the ectreme close ups . Listen up, we all know how good looking he is we do not need to be that close to him (on film anyway).
It is good to see this from Tey, his groups had made K-Pop news recently for all the wrong reasons. I will not go into it but you can read about the story here. The combination of that and the impending removal of one of the rookies has fans on edge. But like everything else in K-Pop all we can do is sit and wait.
