It was reported that Yoon Shi Yoon has begun his mandatory military service without a prior announcement.
The actor, best known for his leading role in “Baker King, Kim Tak Goo,” entered the Marine Corps boot camp in Poyang on April 28th. After completing seven weeks of training there, he will begin his two-year active duty service.
His agency shared that Yoon Shi Yoon’s wish was to enter the army quietly, without any fanfare or press notification. The actor himself commented, “Every male goes to the military, and I didn’t want to cause any disturbance for the other soldiers. I wanted to perform my national duty quietly.”
We wish Yoon Shi Yoon all the best and count the days to his return.
