Between October 6th and 13th, upcoming nine-member boy group BAE173 released debut trailers for four of its member lineup: Junseo, Yoojun, Bit and Muzin. Check them out down below!
BAE173 DEBUT TRAILERS:
In the individual trailers, all members show their youthful charms. Highlighted in vibrant, highly saturated locations, they dance around showing their heart-fluttering smiles behind a minimal upbeat bright instrumental.
Junseo enjoys himself playing baseball. Initially drawing out the game field, he then starts practicing pitching and batting. Finishing that, he starts vibing to the music track at his own accord on an empty field. Yoojun steals an abandoned bicycle and rides it around the neighbourhood before stopping to clean it at a washing station. Dancing around, he completes dries the bike before setting off on his merry way.
Bit is indoors with a teepee. Opening it up, he is disappointed there is nothing inside. He prays hard and when opening the teepee again, it’s full of sweet treats and candies. Entering the said tent, we find him appear out of a balloon filled mosh pit before he exists with a bag of lollies. Finally, Muzin has set up an outdoor lounge on a building’s rooftop. Holding a bat, he hilariously fails at attempting to hit a tin soup can. Showing off his moves, we transition to him hitting tennis balls at a wall, making huge cracks to the building. As another ball flies behind him, scared, he hides and makes his escape from the scene.
BAE173‘s stands for ‘Before Anyone Else’ with the numbers 1 to mean ‘perfection’ and 73 as a lucky number.
The nine-member group’s members profiles have all been revealed. These debut trailers give us a deeper look into the individual member’s unique points and give us more familarisation with them ahead of their debut. Members include J-Min, Yoojun, Muzin, Junseo, Youngseo, Doha, Bit, Hangyul and Dohyon. The latter two already debuted under Mnet‘s prematurely disbanded group X1 and promoted in as a duo sub-unit, H&D earlier this year with their final release, ‘Umbrella’ in September. The group’s official YouTube channel has consistently uploaded trailers, hence videos for the remaining five members will be released.
The Pocketdol Studio (subsidiary of MBK Entertainment (home to DIA and former of T-ARA AND 1THE9) boy group is expected to debut sometime later in 2020.
